Excursion Day Instructions:
On the day of your adventure, please meet our staff at the lobby of your selected hotel. Look for our team members easily identifiable by their beige shirts and green pants.
Pick-up Time: Between 6:40 AM and 7:50 AM (depending on your hotel)
Tour Duration: Approximately 9 hours
Drop-off Time: Between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM (depending on your hotel)
Recommendations:
What to Wear: Quick-dry swimwear, slip-resistant water shoes (no flip-flops), a sun visor or similar hat, and sunglasses with UV protection.
Essentials: Sunscreen, insect repellent, and a GoPro camera.
Important: For passengers with reduced mobility, heart/respiratory issues, epilepsy, overweight, or pregnancy, please inform us in advance for proper accommodations.
Children Policy: Children under 12 are not allowed.
Important Remarks:
This tour follows a set schedule with a minimum of 2 passengers and a maximum of 70. Maximum 6 passengers per guide/raft.
In case of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rainfall), the tour may be cancelled or discontinued for safety reasons.
Gratuities for guides and drivers are not included.
