If the cancelation is advised with more than 25 hours before the service, it will not have penalties and you will receive 100% of refund.
If cancelation is advised with less than 24 hours before the service, it will apply a 100% of penalty
In case of no show, the service will have a penalty of 100%
If schedule change or flights delay, no penalties will be applied, if and only if our transportation hasn’t departing from our LIR operation center
If our unit of transportations is already at the airport, we will apply the cancelation policy.
